The items we are offering are of the highest quality and packed with great care. We are confident that you will enjoy and treasure every item you purchase with IED Global inc.
However, if within 15 days of the delivery date, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. The merchandise must be in re-saleable condition and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. The product must be shipped in its original and undamaged carton.
"Resalable Condition" The item:
- Must be clean and free of dents, scratches, holes, tears, cracks, stickers, price tags,etc.
- Should be unused.
- Must be in its original packaging (carton, wrap, protection or sleve provided by the manufacturer).
The Carton and Packaging:
- Must be free of writing, such as "Sold To", RA# or "Return To" etc.
- Must be free of holes, cuts or tears
- Must be free of excessive tpe or odd tapes (i.e. duct tape or Christmas tape, etc.)
- Furniture cartons must be opened so that the can be reclosed, preferably by opening the carton flaps. Never cut furniture cartons around the bottoms or down the sides.
- All internal packaging (i.e. bubble wrap, cardboard corners, tops and sides) must be in place.
All expenses associates with return are the responsibility of the customer. Customer will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale.
Your distributor will pay shipping charges in the event the incorrect item was shipped. All other returned items must in the original undamaged and re-sealable condition to receive refund.
To receive a refund for the purchase price:
- Notify your distributor at info@abmemory.net with the reason why you will be returning the item(s)
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original undamaged shipping container.
- To ensure a fast and accurate refund, include the original sale receipt or invoice, all documentation and the reason why you are returning the item(s)
- All items must be return by registered mail
- In the case of a return item for repair or replacement, all shipping expenses (both ways) are at the client expenses.
